Refund policy
RETURNS, REFUNDS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, unless a legal exception applies.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the electronic withdrawal function available on our website or contact us at ohwlyent@gmail.com before the withdrawal period expires, providing your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
Once your withdrawal request has been received, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:
- be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw;
- be in the same condition in which you received them;
- include all original packaging, tags and accessories where reasonably possible;
- be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
You may inspect and handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose, we may deduct the corresponding amount from your refund where permitted by applicable law.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is the result of our error.
Any customs duties, import taxes or similar charges paid by the customer are non-refundable.
Items remain your responsibility until they are received by us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service or obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at ohwlyent@gmail.com.
Where the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy, including a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, without undue delay and within the time required by applicable law.
If a returned item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value, where permitted by applicable law.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items that are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Digital products, including downloadable audio, video, image or other multimedia files, are supplied immediately after purchase.
By purchasing and downloading digital content, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal, where permitted by applicable law.
If you do not consent to the immediate supply of the digital content, please do not complete the purchase.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where excluded by applicable law, including, but not limited to:
- digital content supplied electronically once performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal;
- goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery;
- any other products excluded from applicable consumer protection legislation.
TOUR MERCH
Products purchased at concerts, festivals or other in-person events are not eligible for the statutory right of withdrawal applicable to distance (online) sales.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to defective or faulty products.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
